Reach Exalted with Thunder Bluff on that character.

There are also no related achievements for unlocking it, therefore we have added the Heritage of the Shu'halo to our Secrets Database. Note that the Heritage of the Shu'halo transmog set is hidden and does not show up in the Appearances Tab until learned.

To unlock the Heritage of the Shu'halo you will have to level up a Tauren character to 120, reach Exalted with Thunder Bluff and then complete a short questline starting with When Spirits Whisper.
